1. Promoter
The promoter is LTA Tennis Foundation, registered charity number 1148421, registered office at National Tennis Centre, Priory Lane, Roehampton, London, SW15 5JQ (“the Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
- The prize draw is only open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
- Employees, trustees, and volunteers of the LTA Tennis Foundation and/or the LTA, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility.
- Each entrant can only enter a maximum of five times.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
3. Opening & Closing Dates
- The prize draw opens on 1 May 2026.
- The closing date is 23.59 on 1 July 2026.
- Entries received before 1 May 2026 or after the closing date will not be valid and will not be included in the draw.
4. How to Enter
- Paid Entry Route: Entrants may enter by visiting https://donate.lta.org.uk/summer-prize-draw-2026 and purchasing a £10 entry. All monies raised from the Prize Draw will support the LTA Tennis Foundation and its mission to improve lives through tennis.
- Free Entry Route: Entrants may enter for free by sending their:
- Full name
- Postal address
- Email address
- Telephone numb

3. Free entries must be received by 23.59 on 1 July 2026. Paid entries will not be accepted after 23.59 on 1 July 2026.
5. The Prize
- One winner will receive: Two Premium Tickets to the Men’s Finals at the HSBC Championships with hospitality in the LTA Partners Suite. This will include:
a. A luxury lunch buffet inclusive of canapés and an afternoon tea buffet;
b. Fully inclusive drinks package;
c. Barista coffee and tea; and
d. Access to the hospitality balcony overlooking The Queen’s Club and practice courts. - The prize has an approximate retail value of £2000.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
- The prize is for personal use only.
- The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Winner selection and claiming the prize
- The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
- The draw will take place on or before Monday 6 July 2026.
- The winner will be notified by phone to the telephone number provided at entry within 7 days of the draw.
- The winner must respond within 14 days of notification. Failure to respond within 14 days will be treated as forfeiting entry and the prize draw.
- If no response is received, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw.
7. Data Protection
Personal data will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Data will be used solely for administering the prize draw, unless consent is given for marketing (which is not a requirement for entry).

8. General
- The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, amend, or cancel the draw if necessary.
- The Promoter’s decision is final.
- Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute arising from this promotion is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
